Act as the critical link between business operations and the Internal Audit function Be assigned to a specific business area weekly, working closely with operational teams Identify governance, risk and control gaps across processes and environments Design and implement practical control improvements that work in the real world Drive project‑based initiatives focused on strengthening controls and processes Embed governance and compliance practices into day‑to‑day operations Support audit readiness and ongoing compliance with internal standards Influence stakeholders across the business without formal authority Work closely with Internal Audit leadership to align business and audit requirements Travel regularly to operational to support in‑field work Maintain a strong daily in‑office presence to collaborate

Skills & Experience: Minimum 10 years proven business‑facing governance, risk or compliance experience Strong project experience and comfort working in dynamic, project‑based environments Manufacturing industry experience is essential due to high operational exposure Comfortable spending up to 90% of time in-field within operations Strong ability to assess processes, identify risk and implement controls Experience working with systems, software or control frameworks Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills Resilient, pragmatic and solutions‑oriented approach

Qualification: Degree in Finance OR Equivalent
