We are currently seeking an experienced Composite Design Engineer to join a pioneering, long-term aircraft development program with a world-class OEM in the aerospace industry. This role is based in one of Switzerland’s most breathtaking regions, offering an exceptional quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Develop models and drawings for composite primary structures using Siemens NX
- Define lay-up sequences, laminate structures, ply books, and core materials using Fibersim
- Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are optimised for manufacturing processes
- Assist in creating structural test plans, interpreting test data, and verifying designs meet certification requirements
