Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Computer Vision and Embedded Systems Engineer, based in the Lausanne Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing computer vision and embedded systems solutions for MycoSense AI's cutting-edge products. Your daily tasks will include developing algorithms for 3D image processing, integrating hardware and software components, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of advanced solutions for the mushroom agritech industry.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Computer Vision, Image Processing, and 3D Reconstruction techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar, and experience with machine learning frameworks.
• Significant experience in Embedded Systems, including real-time programming, sensor integration, and hardware-software interfacing.
• Familiarity with robotics, automation, and edge computing platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a track record of innovative solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in the agricultural or agritech industry is advantageous.
