The European Corporate Finance function plays a central role in supporting this expansion, ensuring financial excellence, process harmonization, and continuous improvement across the region.

Your Role

Reporting to the Head of Consolidation Europe and working closely with the CFO Europe, local subsidiary CFOs, and U.S. headquarters, you will play a key role in strengthening and transforming the Group’s consolidation and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Closing & Consolidation

  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly consolidation processes and actively enhance the quality and efficiency of the closing cycle
  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of financial information in line with Group and U.S. headquarters requirements
  • Prepare and review consolidation entries and supporting documentation
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses at European level

Internal Control & SOX Compliance

  • Formalize and document processes within the SOX control framework
  • Coordinate and continuously improve internal controls in collaboration with internal control teams
  • Support subsidiaries in applying Group accounting policies and control standards

International Coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact for European subsidiaries (UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Poland)
  • Provide technical support and share best practices across entities
  • Contribute to the harmonization of accounting and reporting processes throughout the region

Transformation & Tool Optimization

  • Actively contribute to finance transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, scalability, and performance
  • Participate in the optimization and continuous improvement of the Group’s consolidation tool
  • Demonstrate a strong appetite for change management, particularly regarding consolidation systems and reporting processes
  • Support projects designed to enhance the overall effectiveness of the European Finance organization

Profile & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent (Business School or University)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, ideally gained within a Big 4 or equivalent audit firm
  • A first experience in consolidation would be highly appreciated
  • Strong technical expertise in accounting and consolidation (US GAAP and/or IFRS knowledge is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of internal control frameworks (SOX knowledge is an asset)
  • Proven ability to operate in demanding, structured environments requiring rigor and precision
  • Demonstrated interest in transformation topics and process optimization
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in an international, fast-evolving environment
  • Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Affinity with ERP and consolidation tools (OneStream, HFM, SAP BFC or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
