Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some remote work. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in the energy sector. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and resources; ensuring compliance with safety standards; and supervising construction teams to deliver projects within scope and timelines. The Senior Construction Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are aligned with organizational goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills for leading diverse teams and ensuring high performance
• Proven experience in Budgeting and financial management for complex construction projects
• Expertise in Construction Safety and compliance with relevant regulations
• Demonstrated skills in Construction processes and operations
• Knowledge of Project Control techniques, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in energy sector construction projects is an advantage
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, or equivalent) are a plus
