Role

Senior Project Manager

  • Provide leadership and direction for successful project completion on projects ranging from $2M to $8M.
  • Focus on quality delivery and profitability by planning, scheduling, and managing the project team while ensuring schedule and project goals are met.
  • Perform work within Hermanson’s policies, ethical standards, and objectives.
  • Responsible for employee training and development, coordination with other departments or group managers to help meet strategic company goals.
  • Deliver world‑class customer service and build strong customer trust and relationships.

Compensation
Annual Base Salary Range: $130,000 – $170,000 (may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of successful experience in the mechanical construction industry with direct exposure to Project Manager duties.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer relations and problem solving.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical system operations.
  • Accomplished team player.
  • Solid computer and online navigation skills.
  • Good math, communication, reasoning ability, and strong business skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of experience and education).

Education

Four‑year university degree, preferably in engineering, architecture, or construction management, or equivalent experience.
