Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee significant construction projects from conception through to completion. This vital role requires extensive experience in managing all phases of the construction lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, contractor management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, safety regulations, and contract management is essential. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are paramount. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Control project costs and manage project finances effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Resolve on-site issues and challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Proficiency in construction project management software.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and negotiation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Registered Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr.CPM) or similar certification is advantageous.
