Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to handover.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
  • Proficiency in construction project management software.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration and negotiation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Registered Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr.CPM) or similar certification is advantageous.
