Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive successful project outcomes while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards.
• Develop detailed project schedules using MS Projects or similar project management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate clear communication and seamless project execution.
• Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, contracts, and vendor negotiations to optimize resources and costs.
• Utilize Bluebeam for digital plan review, markup, and document management to enhance accuracy and collaboration.
• Review schematics, blueprints, and civil drawings such as CAD files to ensure constructability and compliance with design intent.
• Monitor project budgets with RedTeam/Procore while tracking costs against forecasts.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality, schedule adherence, and safety compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and milestones for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in large-scale commercial projects.
• Extensive knowledge of project scheduling tools such as MS Projects and construction management software platforms.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and civil design documents like CAD files.
• Hands‑on experience with construction estimating; familiarity with contracts and legal aspects of construction is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively across various sites.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
• Technical proficiency in Bluebeam Revu for document review; experience with RedTeam/ProCore is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management principles including scope development, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to read schematics accurately and interpret technical drawings for successful project execution. $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
