We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects for a reputable general contractor in Atlanta. Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage projects from pre-construction through to closeout, overseeing budget, schedule, and overall execution. You will engage directly with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring that projects run smoothly and addressing challenges as they arise.

Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring junior PMs and APMs, contributing to pre-construction strategy, and nurturing client relationships that lead to repeat business.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Leading and providing support to your project team
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients
• Overseeing subcontractors and contracts, while coordinating with field teams
• Monitoring costs, changes, and project forecasts diligently
• Collaborating with estimating and operations teams on schedules, logistics, and risk assessment
• Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards

What We Are Looking For

• At least 8 years of experience in commercial construction
• Proven track record of managing ground-up commercial construction projects
• A strong leader who communicates effectively and keeps projects on track
