Senior Construction Project Manager (Remote)

Our client, a prominent force in the construction industry, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic and fully remote team. This pivotal role will involve overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of complex construction projects from inception to handover. You will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, resources, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery, adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, execution, and closeout. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables. Manage project budgets, including cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting. Oversee and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards on all project sites. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues and conflicts. Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients. Manage contract administration, including negotiation, review, and execution. Foster a collaborative and productive working relationship with project teams, clients, and regulatory bodies. Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and construction practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of successfully completed projects. Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and construction management platforms. Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and financial controls in construction. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively, particularly in a remote setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
