Senior Construction Project Manager - Remote Oversight

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating closely with on-site teams and stakeholders. You will oversee project timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and communication between all parties involved. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in managing complex construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to leverage technology for remote project coordination and supervision. Responsibilities include:Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Strong understanding of project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera) and collaboration tools.
