Key Responsibilities: Manage the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects remotely. Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and external stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Conduct regular virtual progress meetings and provide detailed status reports. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders. Ensure effective communication channels are maintained across all project participants. Control project costs and manage financial reporting. Champion a strong safety culture on all project sites. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Professional registration (e.g., Pr. Eng, Pr.CM) is highly desirable. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction project management. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore). Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of contract administration and risk management. Ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions. Experience working effectively in a remote project management capacity.
