The role entails overseeing construction site operations, ensuring safety and compliance, leading on-site teams, managing daily activities, and liaising with stakeholders to maintain project alignment. The Senior Construction Site Manager will also be responsible for project scheduling, cost management, and ensuring that all work is completed within designated timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience in Highrise skyscrapers
  • Proven expertise in Site Management and Construction Site Management
  • Strong skills in Planning, including creating and managing schedules
  • Experience in Cost Control and Budgeting
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction for Highrise projects.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a senior role managing large-scale construction projects
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools
  • Proven track record of managing more than 15 agencies at the same time.
