With SAP ALM tools such as SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, and other innovative platforms, companies can ensure that their IT landscape is operated efficiently, securely, and future-proof. In today's digital world, ALM is indispensable for providing agile and reliable IT services and meeting the rapidly changing demands of the market.

In addition to support in SAP Solution Manager, we actively support our customers in the transition to SAP Cloud ALM and other future-oriented ALM solutions. These support the processes that are currently mapped in Solution Manager. You will play a key role here: with your experience and expertise, you will shape the future ALM processes of our customers.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant SAP ALM (m/f/d), you will advise our customers on their SAP ALM processes and implement customer-specific requirements. The following topics are the focus:

• IT Service Management
• Change Control Management
• Process and Test Management
• Custom Code Management
• Analysis of customer wishes, creation of process design and solution concepts
• Participation in diverse projects with different focus topics and industry specializations
• Development of transition strategies

You don't have to master all topics in detail - we have colleagues with whom you can solve topics together. This is how specializations complement each other perfectly.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in SAP ALM with SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM
• Preferably also experience in adjacent solutions and processes
• The communication and teamwork skills required for ALM projects
• Very good German and English skills
