Senior Consultant - Data Analyst / BI Consultant - Full-time

Our Delta Operations team is looking for a Data Analyst for our fast‑growing activities with our client.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Design and develop dashboards and reports
• Analyze data and produce key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure data quality and consistency
• Contribute to KPI definition
• Collaborate with technical teams

The Senior Consultant – Data Analyst / BI Consultant will also:

• Participate in the Delta Accountant club, supporting and managing Delta initiatives around accountant topics
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support colleagues when expertise is needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis and BI
• Translate business needs into data insights and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams
• Master SQL
• Use at least one BI / Data Visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik)
• Understand data modeling fundamentals
• Define KPIs and reporting frameworks
• Apply basic knowledge of Python or R (nice to have)
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
• Understand business processes and reporting needs
• Communicate effectively through data storytelling
• Work in Agile / Scrum environments
• Apply data governance and data quality practices
• License or Master qualification in Computer Science, Data Engineering or equivalent
• English speaking is mandatory; additional language is considered an advantage
