We are on the lookout for a motivated and accomplished Product Manager to be part of our growing Digital & Product Strategy team. In this strategic role, you will directly assist clients in overcoming their digital vision and customer experience challenges by supporting product strategy, transformation, and execution initiatives. You will be a product advocate, leading the design and delivery of innovative digital platforms and experiences across various industries.

In this position, you'll envision, define, and launch digital products and customer experiences related to sales, service, marketing, and commerce, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as AI, Generative AI, and platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, Microsoft, and ServiceNow. Your expertise will integrate AI into the product delivery workflows, from ideation to launch. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and technologists to create superior digital products, transforming business goals into actionable and high-impact product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Support product strategy and execution for digital transformation initiatives, guiding projects from concept to market.
  • Develop customer personas, journey maps, product capabilities, features, and roadmaps.
  • Manage product backlogs efficiently using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, and Fluid.
  • Apply design thinking and digital media expertise to tackle complex business challenges.
  • Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research using platforms like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics.
  • Prototype product designs utilizing Figma or Generative AI tools to gather feedback and refine solutions.
  • Work alongside technical architects, engineering, and design teams to provide omni-channel experiences (websites, kiosks, mobile apps).
  • Translate business and product requirements into innovative design solutions.
  • Manage client expectations and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to proposal development.
  • Lead and mentor diverse teams, encouraging a culture of innovation and collaboration.

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital strategy, product strategy, defining, and launching customer experiences in B2C or B2B contexts.
  • Proven track record of bringing digital products to market successfully.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in the product delivery lifecycle (PDLC).
  • Experience in product-focused roles such as product manager, product owner, or product marketing manager.
  • Successful background working cross-functionally with UX designers, developers, and technologists.
  • Strong foundation in client-facing roles within consulting, media, or product strategy environments.
  • Familiarity with agile tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
  • Experience driving product-related change management initiatives.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
  • Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites, with a driver's license recommended.

Our Value Proposition

  • A comprehensive compensation and benefits package, with rewards based on performance, including a base salary range of $97,300 to $178,300, with higher ranges for specific locations like the New York City Metro Area.
  • Our expectation is for members in external, client-serving roles to collaborate in person 40-60% of the time throughout engagements.
