Your Impact:

As a Senior Consultant / IT Manager Software Product Development (m/f/d), your focus is on software product development. Here, you will support and guide our clients throughout the entire process – from defining and managing requirements, through software architecture, development, testing, to go-live and maintenance.

• Innovation: Based on state-of-the-art technologies, you will implement creative solutions. Together with our clients, you will shape new software products.
• Development Cycle: You will support our clients throughout the entire SDLC - Software Development Lifecycle across all phases.
• Hands-on Mentality: You will develop new services for application within the software development process.
• Work Environment: Using agile methods like Scrum, you will develop web applications (Full-Stack, e.g.: Spring, React, Angular) or cloud-based solutions (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure) based on modern technologies.
• Teamwork: To ensure tailor-made and optimal solutions for our clients, you will be in exchange with our (international) delivery centers.

Your Skillset:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or equivalent; ideally: Certification in Requirements or Test Management (IREB, ISTQB)
• Knowledge of a programming language (e.g., Java, Python) plus experience in application development including SDLC processes
• Experience in one of the following areas: Software Product Management; Requirements Management in the context of SW product development; Architecture
• Practical experience in one of the following topics: Development/Programming; Processes/Tools (GIT, Maven, Jira); Agile Project Management (Scrum, Kanban), Test Management/Execution; DevOps
• Willingness to travel and very good communication and presentation skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
