About the Business Unit

Joining the AI Business Unit means integrating a team of nearly 200 passionate consultants who support major organizations in transforming their models through data and artificial intelligence. We intervene end-to-end, from identifying high-impact AI use cases to designing cutting-edge technological platforms, and defining responsible and scalable governance models. Our strength: an approach that combines technological excellence, a deep understanding of business issues, and mastery of regulatory requirements. We work with large accounts, in France and internationally, in synergy with the firm's other expertise to maximize the impact of our interventions.

Your Role

As a GenAI & Agentic Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, industrialization, and orchestration of advanced AI solutions. Your role will not be limited to developing POCs: you will be at the heart of the agentic revolution.

Responsibilities

• Design & deploy robust GenAI platforms (LLM, embeddings, RAG pipelines) on Azure, AWS, GCP, and on-premise.
• Create and orchestrate multi-agent architectures and MCP servers (autonomous agents, orchestrators, complex workflows) with (LangChain, LlamaIndex, SmolAgent, FastMCP, Google ADK, Open AI SDK, LlamaIndex Semantic Kernel, etc.
• Industrialize solutions via CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps/MCPOps, observability, monitoring, and security (incl. GDPR, sovereignty).
• Continuously prototype & benchmark: new technologies, emerging frameworks, multimodal approaches.
• Share your expertise: mentor teams, actively contribute to the development of the Data & AI offering, lead commercial pre-sales, pitch our convictions to strategic clients, publish and represent Wavestone at major AI ecosystem events.

Concrete, varied, and high-impact missions:

• Transport & Logistics: Development and industrialization of an AI agent based on GPT-4.1 + MCPs connected to the client's ecosystem to multiply employee productivity.
• Pharma: Transformation of critical regulatory processes through industrial GenAI solutions.
• Industry & Energy: Design of multi-agent platforms to monitor climate risks in real-time and generate operational recommendations.
• Industry: Development and deployment of an agent in production to automate purchasing processes and invoice control.

Qualifications

More than just checkboxes, we are looking for an AI builder:

• You have over 4 years of experience in AI solution development and over 1 year of experience in Generative and Agentic AI solution development.
• You master Python and at least one GenAI/agentic framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, SmolAgent, FastMCP, Google ADK, Open AI SDK, LlamaIndex Semantic Kernel).
• You have Software Engineering skills and have already worked on at least one of the following frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask, Streamlit, React) and you master versioning tools like Git, GitLab, and GitHub.
• You know how to design scalable and secure cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP) with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps.
• You are passionate about useful and responsible AI: you prototype quickly, but you think about industrialization, security, and governance.
• You are eager to learn, share, contribute to a community of experts, and push the boundaries of what agents and LLMs can do.
