Role Description

The Senior Consultant / Project Manager will oversee and execute key projects, ensuring timely delivery while meeting high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing consulting expertise in engineering, validation, or related business areas. The role also requires proactive risk management, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and documentation to align with compliance and organizational goals. This is a full-time based in the US.

Qualifications • Project management experience, including timeline development, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication • Engineering, Commissioning, and Validation expertise required to oversee and execute technical projects • Expertise in Biologics or Sterile Fill finish area is needed. • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills for developing customized solutions • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment • Proficiency in relevant tools and software used for project management and technical consulting • Good understanding of all project phases for green filed of brown filed project is needed. • Critical thinking and decision making is extremely important for this position. • Total experience of at least 10 years is needed into pharmaceutical industry • The location mentioned as Princeton for this position but it is flexible within US
