We are looking for an experienced Senior Saviynt IGA Consultant to join our growing Identity Governance & Administration practice. You will lead end-to-end implementations of Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) for enterprise clients. These implementations will be across industries, with a focus on access governance, application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, and compliance automation. You will work with client partners, architects, and delivery managers to design scalable identity solutions that align with business and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Implementation & Delivery

• Lead full lifecycle Saviynt EIC implementations, including architecture design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
• Configure and customise core Saviynt modules: Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM), Access Request System (ARS), Access Certifications, Role Management, and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Develop application connectors, REST/SOAP-based integrations, and automated provisioning workflows
• Build and tune analytics and dashboards within the Saviynt platform
• Lead application onboarding efforts, including entitlement discovery, attribute mapping, and access model design

Technical Expertise

• Design and implement Saviynt connectors for enterprise systems including Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and custom applications
• Write complex Saviynt query language (SQL/JSON-based) logic for access controls, role mining, and policy enforcement
• Integrate Saviynt with SIEM, ITSM, and HR systems to support identity event triggers and audit trails

Client Engagement & Strategy

• Be a senior technical advisor to clients, translating complex IGA requirements into applicable solution designs
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and executive-level presentations on IGA programme and roadmaps
• Mentor junior engineers and analysts, supporting technical growth across the practice
• Document solution architectures, configuration guides, runbooks, and knowledge base articles

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on IAM/IGA engineering experience, with 3-5 years specifically on Saviynt EIC
• Expertise in at least three Saviynt modules: ILM, ARS, Access Certifications, Role Management, SoD
• Proficiency in Java, Groovy, or Python for Saviynt customizations and connector development
• Experience with REST API integration, JSON, XML, and LDAP in the context of identity provisioning
• Experience with RBAC, ABAC, SoD policy design, and identity governance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with enterprise directories and HR systems (AD, Azure AD, Workday, SAP)
• Experience with compliance standards relevant to IGA: SOX, HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR
• Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical partners
• Report into Senior Identity Leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Saviynt Certified Professional (SCP) or equivalent certification
• Experience with cloud-based IGA deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Prior experience in a consulting or managed services environment supporting multiple clients concurrently
• Background in healthcare, financial services, or other heavily regulated industries
