Job Description

Our Agriculture, Food & Ingredients team advises the top management of internationally leading companies in the agricultural and food industry. Together with our clients, we develop and implement future-proof solutions and sustainable strategies along the entire "From Farm to Fork" value chain – from strategic realignment of the company and the design of innovative and sustainable business models to specific focus topics such as Food Security, Protein Transformation, and AgTech.

We are looking for new talent with an interest in these highly relevant topics to strengthen our team.

Qualifications

• Excellent university degree (e.g., in Business Administration, with an additional focus on natural sciences, agricultural sciences, sustainability, engineering, political science, or nutritional science being advantageous)
• Relevant practical experience in consulting or in industrial companies; practical experience in the agricultural/food industry is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills
• Structured way of working and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented leadership qualities
• International experience as well as very good German and English language skills
• Strong interest in innovative, AI-based solutions and the ability to effectively apply new technologies and data competence to complex issues
