Senior Contract Manager

We are hiring a Senior Contract Manager to support large-scale engineering and capital projects. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in contract management, claims management, EPC/project execution, and commercial risk management within industrial or engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project contracts and maintain contractual compliance throughout project lifecycle
• Develop and implement Contract Management Plans (CMP)
• Lead contract and claim management strategies during project execution
• Monitor commercial risks, opportunities, and deviations from project baselines
• Administer claim management logs, notifications, and contractual documentation
• Support project teams with contractual awareness, alerts, and obligations
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, legal, and project controls teams
• Support client/vendor claims, audits, and internal quality processes
• Assist with cost/schedule impact analysis and claim preparation
• Participate in contract negotiations during project front-end phases

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Legal
• 5–10+ years of contract management experience
• Strong knowledge of contract forms, contract management principles, and claims management
• Experience in industrial, EPC, engineering, or capital projects environments
• Understanding of plant engineering concepts
• Experience with scheduling, progress tracking, and critical path analysis
• Cost estimating and commercial review experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience with government-related contracts is a plus
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
