You will act as a trusted partner to the business units and contribute significantly to the professionalization of the recruiting function. This position offers you the opportunity to actively shape recruiting processes. You will work in a growing company with diverse tasks and work closely with the business. You will relieve management through your expertise and at the same time bring new impulses into the recruiting landscape. This is a role for someone who sees recruiting not as a necessity, but as an exciting, action-packed field of activity with real impact.

Responsibilities

  • You bear full responsibility for recruiting in the Corporate Functions area (Finance, Controlling, Legal, HR, Payroll, Sales, Business Development)
  • You conduct needs analyses and develop job profiles in close coordination with hiring managers
  • You conduct active sourcing and manage candidates with a high volume and quality standard
  • You bear end-to-end responsibility for the entire recruiting process
  • You communicate proactively and maintain regular exchange with stakeholders
  • You build talent pools and maintain candidate networks
  • You contribute to the professionalization of recruiting processes in the company

Qualifications

  • You have several years of recruiting experience, predominantly in in-house recruiting
  • You have experience with recruiting in the Corporate Functions area (e.g., Finance, Controlling, HR, Legal)
  • You have a strong passion for recruiting – you see it not as a necessity, but as a true calling
  • You are characterized by a high degree of independence and proactivity
  • You have entrepreneurial thinking with a real ownership mentality
  • You are reliable, resilient, and assertive
  • You have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • You work confidently with recruiting tools and Microsoft Excel
  • You speak very good German and English
