What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and direct outreach
• Act as the face of the company—selling vision, culture, and growth story to top talent
• Drive speed and efficiency by building consistent, high-quality pipelines
• Recruit across multiple functions including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Creative
• Partner with hiring managers to refine search strategies and calibrate profiles
• Own candidate experience from first touch through offer

What They’re Looking For

• Strong recruiting background with a clear “hunter” mentality
• Agency or search firm experience preferred (you know the grind)
• Sharp communication skills—you can hook talent fast and keep them engaged
• High proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS/CRM tools
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and navigating complex org structures
• Consultative approach—you bring market insight, not just resumes
