Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee international tax compliance
• Direct the preparation of Canadian and U.S. tax filings
• Lead the international tax team and outside consultants
• Ensure compliance with indirect tax regulations
• Conduct audits and enhance tax reporting frameworks

Requirements

• Relevant master's degree in taxation or equivalent
• 10 years in corporate tax, with team leadership
• Experience with a multinational or Big Four firm
• Strong grasp of Canadian and U.S. tax rules
• Proficiency in handling tax audits and compliance automation
