Responsibilities

• Support the accounting team in achieving strategic goals through timely and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with various operational departments to provide financial support.
• Prepare billing and monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations.
• Analyze operational and job-specific costs.
• Manage accurate project demographic and financial information.
• Recommend process improvements for accuracy and profitability.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Advanced mathematics and statistics skills.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of ERP software, preferably Vista.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain sub-ledgers and reconcile accounts effectively.
