The Credit Advisory group, as part of the Client & Credit Support department, forms a center of expertise in serving corporate clients within the Corporate Clients, Treasury & Markets department.

To strengthen the Credit Advisory group at the Zurich Airport (The Circle) location, we are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and team-oriented individual to join us immediately or by arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Holistic company analyses (including financial analyses, rating creation, and market analyses)
• Development and assessment of complex financing structures within the scope of LBO/MBO financing, among others
• Participation in syndicated loans in the Swiss market and contact person for Mandated Lead Arrangers from major Swiss banks
• Support and representation of Key Account Managers in serving large multinational Swiss companies (Corporate Banking)
• Competent contact person for clients, lead banks, and internal stakeholders (including Legal, Credit Risk Management, and various product specialists)

Qualifications

• Completed higher education (University of Applied Sciences, University) in Business Administration
• Several years of experience in balance sheet analysis of corporate clients (front office or credit risk management)
• Proficient handling of different stakeholders
• Dedicated, team-oriented, and able to work independently and reliably
• Fluent German language skills (the company language is German)
