Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring and continuously developing a holistic and effective cross-border framework (including methods, processes, and reporting, with targeted use of automation and AI technologies)
- Responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing demanding cross-border projects with high visibility
- Central point of contact for cross-border issues: advising, coordinating, and close collaboration with relationship managers, sparring partner for market heads and senior management
- Analyzing, developing, and further developing cross-border relevant guidelines, decision-making bases, and reports, incorporating AI-supported analysis and reporting tools
- Actively shaping and developing cross-border governance, process, and operating models
- Participating in and providing content support for internal audits and regulatory reviews
What We Expect
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree (Business, Law, Finance, or comparable)
- Several years of professional experience in cross-border management within the financial industry, mandatorily in the "First Line of Defense" in the Private Clients environment; consulting experience is a plus
- Sound knowledge in project and stakeholder management combined with excellent communication skills in German and English
- Very good knowledge of a bank's core (front) processes and relevant national and international regulatory topics (e.g., CRD VI, MiFID II, FIDLEG, GWG)
- Specific expertise in operational risks, key risk indicators, risk & control self-assessment, as well as testing and documentation of controls
- Proactive, resilient, self-confident personality with an analytical, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset, as well as a strong change and development mentality
