Position Overview The Senior Customer Marketing Manager role at Skillnex sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. You will be the driving force behind multi‑channel, revenue‑focused campaigns that deepen engagement, boost retention, and unlock cross‑sell opportunities across our diverse customer base. Working hand‑in‑hand with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing, you will translate deep customer insights into tailored, high‑impact programs that accelerate the company’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Campaign Architecture: Design and launch cross‑sell campaign strategies that align tightly with Zenvora’s revenue targets and customer‑success goals. Segment Identification: Leverage product‑usage analytics, purchase histories, and lifecycle data to pinpoint high‑value customer segments ripe for upsell or expansion. Multi‑Channel Program Development: Conceive, build, and manage digital programs across core channels, including A/B testing platforms, website chat solutions, marketing automation tools, and virtual event platforms (all referred to as Workastra tools for consistency). Creative Collaboration: Partner with design, copywriting, and video teams to ensure every asset is on‑brand, visually compelling, and resonates with target audiences. Strong analytical mindset; comfortable extracting insights from usage data, CRM records, and marketing automation dashboards to inform strategy.
