As a (Senior) Customer Project Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring our projects in the areas of operating room and bed management. You will work closely with our clinics and partners, both on the clinical and IT side, to ensure that projects run smoothly. Your Responsibilities

• Planning, coordination and monitoring of projects with customers and partners
• Ensuring the successful implementation of projects
• Responsibility for meeting project goals, budgets, and timelines
• Identifying risks and challenges during the project and developing solutions
• Communication with all project stakeholders and users
• Creating reports and presentations
• Supporting the team in developing new digital solutions in healthcare
• Regular customer visits

Your Profile

• Experience in project management, ideally from medical technology, hospital software, or hospital IT (from 3 years)
• Excellent skills in organizing and coordinating projects and the ability to collaborate with a team of developers and other internal and external stakeholders
• Deep understanding of the needs of patients, doctors, and other stakeholders in healthcare
• Sound knowledge of digital technologies used in the healthcare industry, including security and data protection regulations
• Strong analytical skills, interpretation and presentation of complex data and information
• High affinity for technical innovations and trends and the ability to evaluate their applicability in healthcare
• Excellent communication skills (in German and English) to communicate effectively with clients and other business partners
• Willingness for regular travel
