**Responsibilities**: Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. - Support problem solving teams using 8D methodology across Danfoss factories and sales to ensure on time and proper quality actions towards complaints, ensuring Genba mindset is applied during the problem solving process - Manage customer communication in Crisis teams and during major quality problems - Manage customer change notifications and approval process (PPAP) towards Key Account customers in scope - Capture, review, communicate and propose management/compliance of Key Account Customer Specific Requirements - Create customer feedback/input for Management Reviews

**Background & Skills**:

- Quality Management degree or equivalent - 5+ years’ experience in quality / production / process maintenance or related technical position. - Ability to read technical drawings and to write routine reports and correspondence. - Experienced in Root Cause Problem Solving / 8D Methodology - _Ability to work in a matrix and complex organization with a strong cross-cultural awareness_ - _Good communication and organization skills_
