The Role
This is not a support function. This is a revenue-driving, relationship-owning position at the heart of our business. You will take full ownership of our customer communication and relationships – across every channel – and turn genuine customer closeness into measurable growth: repeat purchases, upsells, and long-term loyalty.

What you'll own
- Full ownership of all customer communication (email, phone, WhatsApp, chat, Instagram)
- Active development of existing customers with clear focus on repeat purchases, upsell revenue, and customer lifetime value
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities – from open carts to ambassador partnerships
- Strategic collaboration with Klaviyo: segmentation, flows, and campaigns
- Quality control of outgoing orders – catching issues before they reach the customer, and adding personal touches for key accounts
- End-to-end handling of returns, complaints, launches, and pre-orders
What you bring
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or CRM-driven sales – ideally with direct revenue responsibility
- A demonstrable track record of turning customer relationships into revenue
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to prioritize independently
- Fluent German (written and spoken) – this role is customer-facing in German
- Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo is a strong plus
