What You'll Do
- Develop and execute customer success strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive customer adoption and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the customer lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
