Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive customer adoption and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Gather customer feedback and advocate for customer needs internally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
