Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
