Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS company seeking a highly experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join their fully remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our innovative software solutions. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, fostering strong relationships, driving product adoption, and proactively identifying opportunities for expansion. Your ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies will be key to your success. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their business objectives and challenges. Drive product adoption and ensure clients are maximizing the value of our SaaS platform. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess progress, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Proactively identify and address potential churn risks, developing retention strategies. Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Onboard new clients, providing comprehensive training and guidance. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and product capabilities. Contribute to the development of customer success best practices and playbooks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the SaaS industry. Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving customer retention and growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management. Ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero). Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment. A passion for helping customers succeed and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
