Senior Cyber Security Consultant (m/w/d)

Role

In this senior role in IT consulting for information security, you will design future-oriented security solutions for energy suppliers, industrial companies, and private customers. You will be responsible for the conception, evaluation, and optimization of information security and cyber security measures with the highest security standards. You will analyze existing processes and infrastructures, identify risks, and develop practical, flexible protection concepts. You will accompany clients from the initial security analysis to the successful implementation and continuous improvement of the defined measures. Through your expertise, you will significantly contribute to building trust and securing long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute your own ideas and set new impulses in the expansion of consulting services.
• Take responsibility for CISO-as-a-Service mandates, including assessments and implementation support.
• Independently plan and manage consulting projects in Cyber Security.
• Develop security strategies and target images with a focus on sustainable implementation.
• Support Governance, ISMS, Incident Response, and BCM topics as a sparring partner.

Qualifications

• A degree or comparable education in the IT field forms the basis of your qualification.
• You have several years of experience in Cyber Security as well as practical experience with relevant frameworks.
• You ideally have certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001, or are working towards them.
• Flawless German, both written and spoken, and confident command of English.
