Your Tasks

• Conception and implementation of security strategies, information security management systems (ISMS), security organizations, and processes
• Definition of security and compliance requirements
• Implementation and assurance of legal regulations and security standards such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST, NIS-2, PART-IS etc.
• Conducting security analyses and risk assessments at both process and system level based on standards (e.g., ISO27005, EBIOS)
• Development and implementation of security policies, processes, and procedures
• Planning of suitable security measures to identify and eliminate security-critical vulnerabilities
• Creation and implementation of robust security architectures
• Conducting training and awareness measures
• Monitoring technological developments in OT security and their integration
• Participation in offer preparation
• Creation of required documentation and presentation of work results

Your Qualifications

The job requires knowledge and skills typically acquired through a relevant, completed degree in (Business) Informatics, IT Security, or similar with a standard study duration of up to 4 years and related advanced specialized additional qualifications, or a relevant completed vocational training of at least three years, qualified further training, and related particularly extensive specialized additional qualifications. The total required knowledge and experience may have been acquired in other ways.

• Sound knowledge and experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
• Sound knowledge of information systems and associated processes
• Proven experience as a Cyber Security Consultant or in a comparable role
• Sound knowledge of modern tools, processes, methods, and tools
• Advanced knowledge of cyber (defense) products, OT systems, and network components
• Comprehensive knowledge in the areas of OT security, industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, network security, asset inventory, and vulnerability management
• Experience in planning, integration, and operation of IT/OT systems, complex industrial plants
• Experience in implementing IT/OT security standards as well as knowledge of network security, operating systems, and application security
• High affinity for digitalization, IT/OT infrastructures, IoT principles, and network technologies
• Experience in SOC4OT implementations, as well as risk management and risk assessments
• Knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or IEC 62443 is an advantage
• Sound knowledge and experience in technical project management
• Creation of structured and meaningful documentation such as presentations, process descriptions, guidelines, etc.
• Analytical thinking, initiative, precise and conscientious work style, as well as strong communication skills and confident demeanor
• Communication and teamwork skills in a distributed team, as well as good presentation skills
• Ability to interact independently with clients at lower to middle management level, as well as the ability to technically guide smaller consulting teams
• Customer-oriented thinking and demeanor
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• French desirable
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
