Join our dynamic team at DHL Supply Chain as a Senior Data Analyst and elevate your analytics career in the exciting supply chain industry! This is a fully onsite role located in either Indianapolis, Indiana, or Lebanon, Pennsylvania, with up to 30% travel to network locations.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $115,000, with specific ranges for California and Washington. In addition, enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Discounted Stock Purchase Plan, General Bonus Plan, and a generous PTO policy.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing warehouse operations by transforming data into actionable insights that improve performance and efficiency. Collaborate with site leadership and key stakeholders to create impactful dashboards, implement standard tools, and support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Engage in full development of Power BI, including data visualization and back-end data model design.
- Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistical techniques to uncover trends and drive improvements.
- Implement and maintain standard reporting tools for the site or sector.
- Assist various functional teams (HR, Finance, etc.) with customized analytical solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Act as a primary contact for Power BI-related inquiries and analytics community initiatives.
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to promote data literacy and tool adoption.
- Manage analytics projects independently and across multiple sites.
- Design and implement data pipelines (ETL) from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured sources.
- Utilize Python, R, or other analytics tools to enhance reporting and automation.
- Stay updated with modern data analytics trends and apply best practices to improve processes.
- Support site startups as needed by implementing analytics tools and reporting frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Extensive experience using SQL or other scripting languages (such as Python or R) to query, clean, and transform data.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including the ability to build dashboards and reports from scratch.
- Strong skills in writing DAX expressions for Power BI reports.
- Experience in designing and managing data pipelines and working with diverse data sources.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling techniques, and modern analytics trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional projects.
- Commitment to work fully onsite if the role is based out of a warehouse.
