About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that directly impact business strategy and decision‑making.

This is not a reporting role. You are expected to go beyond dashboards and actively contribute to identifying opportunities, solving problems, and guiding strategic choices across the company.

You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to influence decisions, prioritize initiatives, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Strategic Insights

  • Analyze business, product, and marketing data to generate actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and efficiency across the business.
  • Proactively highlight risks, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement.
  • Translate data into clear recommendations that support strategic and operational decisions.

Decision Support & Business Impact

  • Partner with leadership and functional teams to support decision‑making.
  • Contribute to prioritization of initiatives based on expected business impact.
  • Evaluate performance of key initiatives and recommend next actions.
  • Support planning processes with data‑driven inputs.

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Build and maintain dashboards only where they support decision‑making processes.
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all reports.
  • Focus on meaningful KPIs, avoiding vanity metrics.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear and concise visualizations.

Data Infrastructure & Processes

  • Collaborate with Data and Tech teams to improve data pipelines and architecture.
  • Ensure data is structured, accessible, and usable across teams.
  • Contribute to building scalable data processes and standards.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership teams.
  • Support go‑to‑market strategies with data insights.
  • Provide analytical support for experiments, campaigns, and product launches.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker).
  • Proven ability to translate data into business decisions and measurable impact.
  • Strong business mindset, not only technical or analytical.
  • Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking.
  • High attention to detail and structured thinking.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fast‑growing tech companies or scale‑ups.
  • Exposure to marketing, product, or revenue analytics.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and basic data engineering concepts.
