Senior Data Analyst

The Role

• Build and develop a scalable, secure data platform to support current and future data analytics applications
• Design, implement, and operate robust data processes and data-driven services
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure high data quality and reliable provision for Data Scientists
• Administer user and data management within the platform
• Evaluate and implement modern database solutions, tools, and frameworks
• Ensure compliance, security, and stability standards
• Actively participate in agile processes, serving as a communication interface between technical and business departments

What You'll Need

• Experience in moderation, stakeholder communication, and requirements engineering
• Understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and cross-organizational collaboration
• Strong communication skills in German (at least C1)
• Proactive, solution-oriented thinking and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to quickly grasp complex issues, structure them, and communicate them clearly
• Strong DevOps expertise (Git, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, Docker)
• Solid experience in data modeling and cloud infrastructures (e.g., AWS)
• Knowledge of SQL, TypeScript, and Python
