Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Power BI reports to aid operational and strategic decision-making.
• Design and implement Power BI solutions, including both the data visualization aspect and the back-end data model.
• Utilize SQL, DAX, and statistical methods to clean, model, and analyze data, uncovering significant trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Establish and maintain standard reporting tools tailored for the site or sector.
• Provide customized analytical support to various functional teams such as HR and Finance to address changing business needs.
• Act as a primary resource for Power BI inquiries and support analytics community initiatives.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance data literacy and encourage adoption of analytical tools.
• Oversee analytics projects independently while coordinating efforts across multiple locations.
• Design and implement data pipelines (ETL) from various data sources, including structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Employ Python, R, or other analytical tools to refine reporting and automation processes.
• Stay updated on modern data analytics trends, applying best practices to optimize processes.
• Assist in site startups as necessary by deploying analytics tools and reporting frameworks.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related area, or 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar field.
• Extensive experience with SQL or comparable scripting languages (such as Python or R) for data querying and transformation.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including developing dashboards and reports from scratch.
• Expertise in crafting DAX expressions to enhance and automate Power BI reports.
• Experience in designing and managing data pipelines while working with diverse data sets.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling techniques, and contemporary analytics trends.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data findings into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional projects.
• Willingness to work onsite if based at a warehouse location.
