Senior Data Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join their business intelligence team. This role is integral to driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Extracting, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business initiatives.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Performing ad-hoc data analysis to support various departments.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Expertise in at least one statistical programming language like Python or R.
• Deep understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques.
• Proven ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, using compelling data visualizations.
• Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, retail, marketing) is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field is required.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field is necessary.
