Senior Data Analyst for Maximo Systems

Your Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analyst for Maximo Systems will focus on gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets from USPS maintenance and asset management systems, particularly using IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS). This key role is essential in identifying trends, performance metrics, and operational insights that will enhance decision-making and improve efficiency within USPS maintenance operations.

• Analyze and interpret USPS maintenance and asset data to discover trends and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations tailored for USPS leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Support data governance, compliance, and quality control processes.
• Provide timely ad-hoc data analysis and support for USPS operational initiatives.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Substantial experience with Maximo.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Proven experience with relational databases and Data Warehouse Architecture.
• Demonstrated ability in Architecting and delivering on Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, Google).
• Experience in Application Modernization, Data Migration, and Microservices.
• Must obtain and maintain MBI/Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Cloud Platform Certifications (AWS, IBM Cloud) are advantageous.
• Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
• Certification as a Maximo Deployment Professional.
• Experience with USPS/Federal operations is a plus.
