Your Challenge

This is where your greatest challenge awaits you: Within the Data team, you will join the Distribution & Hotel Services (DHS) tribe, responsible for providing Data products (exports, dashboards, datasets/tables, etc.) to drive performance and improve operations for many teams in these two main business areas:

• Distribution: Multichannel distribution of our services & offers, and management of the booking process up to payment.
• Hotel Services: Management tools dedicated to hotels.

In the context of the NGD (Next Gen Distribution) program, which deals with the migration of our reservation systems, you will be integrated into a Feature Team dedicated to managing the impacts of this migration on our Data products. You will report to the Feature Team's Tech Lead and work closely with other Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Product Owners, and Data Scientists.

Your Mission

As a Senior Data Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and documented data pipelines.
• Collaborating with the Tech Lead to ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of products.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering practices (CI/CD, automation, testing, documentation).
• Optimizing data processing and operational costs of Data products (FinOps).
• Working in pairs with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to meet business needs.
• Documenting product assets to facilitate their reuse and the onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with Snowflake, dbt & Terraform.
  • Knowledge of orchestration tools, preferably Astronomer (Airflow).
  • DevOps culture (CI/CD, Gitlab, automation).
  • Knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau or equivalent).
  • Good modeling and documentation practices.
• Soft Skills
  • Analytical mindset, autonomy, technical curiosity.
  • Ability to collaborate in an agile environment.
  • Team spirit and focus on quality.
  • Proficiency in French, professional English required.
