Senior Data Architect and Delivery Lead

We are hiring a hands-on Senior Data Architect and Delivery Lead who will be responsible for designing, architecting, and successfully implementing and delivering an AWS-based Enterprise Data Platform. The role requires strong technical leadership, end-to-end solution ownership, and the ability to drive execution through delivery. This position follows a hybrid work model, with a requirement to work from the Whippany, New Jersey office at least two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cloud Journey for Business and Central Reference data process on Enterprise cloud platform.
• Lead enterprise data architecture and data warehousing (DW) strategy, designing scalable data models, database structures, and high-performance data engineering solutions.
• Lead cloud Engineering and Data integration programs, focused on deploying business solutions for Banking domain.
• Implement right data strategy for Business Analytics.
• Leading planning of data management and Analytics proposals , craft key value propositions for business and oversee the delivery of the same.
• Building solution architecture for business flows implementation for cloud journey through collaboration with CTO,CSO and CDA
• Drive end-to-end data engineering along with hands-on experience and DevOps (GitLab/CI-CD) practices, building automated and scalable data pipelines on AWS.
• Implement data governance frameworks, risk controls, and secure coding practices to ensure compliance, data quality, and integrity.
• Enable advanced analytics, data mining, and ML/MLOps capabilities, supporting data-driven decision-making and digital transformation.
• Translate business requirements into data solutions with strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration, while leading change and transformation initiatives.
