Sia, a global management consulting group, is recruiting a Senior Consultant in Data Architecture. This role emphasizes hands-on engagement with clients, overseeing data pipeline design, cloud implementations, and database optimization. You will also mentor junior consultants and drive thought leadership initiatives, enhancing our internal capabilities and external proposals.

Responsibilities

• Design robust data architectures for large data volumes
• Implement data solutions on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Develop and optimize database models for varied data types
• Ensure effective data integration and loading practices
• Drive CI/CD and DataOps practices in data workflows

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–6 years of professional experience in data architecture
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Dutch and excellent communication skills
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure
