Your Tasks

• Conception, setup, and further development of innovative analytics and reporting solutions
• Optimization and continuous further development of existing dashboards, reports, and analysis notebooks
• Analysis, interpretation, visualization, and clear presentation of data and analysis results
• Sparring partner for internal stakeholders on data-driven questions and analyses
• Processing, analysis, and documentation of requirements from specialist departments, particularly in the areas of reporting and data queries
• Creation and maintenance of evaluations based on complex database queries
• Administration and further development of the Microsoft Fabric environment, including authorization management
• Operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the data warehouse environment based on Microsoft Fabric

What Sets You Apart

• Completed training or studies in IT, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable field
• Strong analytical mindset, high problem-solving competence, and ability to abstract
• Very good knowledge of SQL, databases, and Excel, as well as experience with a BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or comparable)
• Very good German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
• Structured, quality-conscious, and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders (Requirements Engineering)
• Passion for data analysis and data-driven decision-making
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Python

Compensation
