You will work at the intersection of technology and consulting, supporting projects from the initial idea and concept through to productive deployment.

Your Tasks

• As an AI Engineering Consultant, you will work with us to design innovative AI solutions for our customers, from idea to finished product.
• Building and further developing an AI platform for creating private AI solutions for their customers
• Designing and implementing complex data processing and AI workloads
• Analysing and implementing AI use cases to generate insights from unstructured data
• Working in the traditional software engineering area (Application Management Lifecycle / practical ITIL / code management with Git)
• Implementing robust software architectures with a focus on modularization, scalability, and separation of concerns
• Direct interaction with customers to gather, coordinate, and implement business and technical requirements and solutions
• Creating technical documentation and user guides
• Actively contributing to and supporting presales and sales activities, as well as helping shape our service portfolio

Your Profile

• A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in AI engineering, data engineering, or machine learning
• Strong knowledge of modern technologies and architectures, for example:
  • Containerization and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Virtualization (e.g. VMware, Proxmox)
  • Databases, SQL, and data modeling
  • Data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data integration
  • Elasticsearch and semantic search
  • Python-based processing of embeddings, chunking, and retrieval methods
• Ideally experience with generative AI, RAG architectures, or LLM-based applications
