Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and continuously improve reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Work not only on the visual reporting layer, but also with data lake, semantic models, and data structures behind the scenes
• Build and maintain data processes in Microsoft Fabric
• Translate business requirements into practical, scalable, and value‑adding analytics solutions
• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration
• Set priorities across competing requests and manage expectations in a clear and confident way
• Contribute to agile teamwork and support the continuous improvement of processes and ways of working
• Explore and further develop innovative topics such as AI‑related use cases

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in data architectures, data analytics, or data engineering, business intelligence, or a related field
• Hands‑on mindset and willingness to actively contribute on an operational level
• Solid familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, including setting up and managing data processes
• Strong experience with Power BI, especially in creating, maintaining, and enhancing reports
• Solid understanding of semantic models and the fundamentals of data engineering
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with customers as well as internal stakeholders
• Experience working in agile environments
• Initial experience working with AI tools
• Very good English skills; German is an advantage
